STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE & REIMBURSEMENT
- Contact us via contact.piolinehouse@gmail.com by informing us of your wish to exchange with your number of command (within 3_590-cf581 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_14 working days after receipt of this). We will confirm the exchange or refund.
- Return the product new, unwashed, unworn.
- Post your product.
- You will receive an e-mail notifying you that the package has been received by Maison Pioline Paris. You will then get a credit note by email. To buy a new product, you will need to place a new order using the code on this credit note.
